We thank the pro-Israel Senators and Representatives for their bipartisan support of the alliance between the two nations, and we urge them to work together to replenish Israel’s capabilities.

For decades, Democrats and Republicans in Congress have helped ensure Israel has the resources it needs to take action against our common enemies and to protect its families from Iran and its proxies.

President Trump’s bold and principled attack on three nuclear sites in Iran helped protect America’s security and expedite the end of this war.

We thank President Trump for closely coordinating with our ally Israel throughout these 12 days to dismantle the key elements of Iran’s nuclear and missile programs which were threats to America, Israel, and the world.

This war was only necessary because of Iran’s illegal pursuit of a nuclear weapon and its rejection of repeated diplomatic overtures by President Trump.

Today’s ceasefire announcement is a remarkable achievement that must be coupled with steps that will permanently and verifiably dismantle Iran’s nuclear program, ensure the regime has no ability to enrich uranium, and destroy Iran’s ballistic missile program.

America must now work with our allies to protect our troops and regional interests against Iranian attacks. We urge bipartisan support for this action by American troops and continued support for our Israeli ally.

These bipartisan initiatives made stopping Iran’s quest for a bomb a consensus issue in America.

We express our deep appreciation to the scores of Senators and Representatives who worked across the aisle to provide Israel with critical security assistance and to impose strong economic and diplomatic pressure on the regime.

For decades, Democrats and Republicans in Congress have led the charge to ensure Iran can never acquire a nuclear weapons capability.

A nuclear-armed Iran would pose a grave danger to U.S. forces across the region, trigger a regional nuclear arms race, and pose an existential threat to our most reliable ally, Israel.

President Trump’s principled decision to dismantle the Iranian nuclear program with strikes on Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan is profoundly in America’s interests. Iran is responsible for countless deaths of Americans, and a regime that threatens “Death to America” must not have a nuclear weapon.

We commend our heroic American troops who carried out this operation.

This justified action was taken as Iran was on the verge of acquiring a nuclear weapon and after the Iranian regime rejected President Trump’s repeated diplomatic efforts to peacefully resolve this crisis. The IAEA recently determined Iran was materially violating its nonproliferation obligations.

President Trump has taken historic and decisive action against the Iranian nuclear program, which has been a longtime threat to the security of the United States and the peace of the world.

America must stand with our ally at this critical moment as it takes action to protect its families and the world from a nuclear-capable Iran. The Administration and Congress should ensure that Israel has the resources and support needed to defend itself from any Iranian response.

Israel’s action to cripple Iran’s nuclear program is a service to all civilized people.

In 1981, Israel struck Iraq's nuclear program. In 2007, Israel attacked Syria's nuclear program. Israel is once again acting in its and America's interest to prevent a regime that chants "Death to America" and "Death to Israel" from acquiring the world’s most dangerous weapons.

Iran has been repeatedly warned by President Trump and Israel that it cannot have a nuclear weapon. Yet it has outrageously ignored those warnings, while instead accelerating its nuclear program to reach a breakout capability.

IAEA reports indicate Iran has conducted significant weaponization efforts, including the testing of an implosive weapons design.

Just yesterday, the IAEA censured Iran over its violation of its nonproliferation obligations. According to IAEA data, Iran is on the verge of having enough weapons-grade uranium for more than a dozen nuclear bombs.

Israel is taking decisive action tonight against the Iranian nuclear program, which has been a growing threat not only to Israel but to America and our other regional allies. The Iranian regime has constantly flaunted international norms in its relentless pursuit of a nuclear capability.
