Yeah man. India is in such a blind spot in regards to paleo archaeology. Like, look at the animals and environments there, look at the genetics of south east island peoples. All signs point to humans going to and through the subcontinent a LONG time ago. But not many fossils ๐Ÿ˜ญ!

'They've probably been untouched for 49 million years': The New Mexico cave expanding our search for alien life In one of the most baffling discoveries of the last decade, scientists have found a clue in a cave to how life might survive in deep space without light.

Cyanobacteria photosynthesise deep inside caves - use chlorophyll d and f to harvest IR light (surely the photosystem must still have chlorophyll a at its heart?) ๐Ÿชด๐ŸŒพ๐ŸŒฑ #PlantScience

Bees Are Turning the Sticky-Sweet Secretions of Spotted Lanternflies Into Honeyโ€”and Some People Love the Smoky-Smelling Stuff The invasive insects have been spreading across the United States for over a decade, leaving behind poop that bees are transforming into a less sweet, sometimes savory, honey

Bees are turning #SpottedLanternfly honeydew into a seasonal honey. Itโ€™s darker, sometimes smoky or savory and safe to eat, but experts still urge the public to control lanternfly populations.

It's a color palette so that the viewer can know what color the coral is regardless of what screen or print the viewer is looking at. It also helps describe how much zooxanthele is in the coral. I think Australia has a standardized color book, but I don't know if it's global
