At some point in my life I learned, if you want to eat you gotta know how to butter someone else’s biscuit.

I set my phone to DND and took a 3hr nap yesterday. Missed about 8 calls and 15 text messages.

Have you ever stumbled across the art you made during a deep depression, if so why does it always seem to slap so hard?

From 2pm-7pm I was in therapy, studying, and class. In 5 hours I had 7 missed calls from 6 different people. Each left a message, ‘call me back’.
Depleted by anxiety, I did in fact not call anyone back

3rd or 4th night in a row waking up 1-2 hrs before my alarm for no reason. At least I wake feeling rested…

The brain is foggy today. The body decided to wake up early this morning.

It came to me in meditation, “be mindful of those who defend their lies because they won’t have time to change their lives.”

I can care for you, I can be there for you, but I can not do it for you.

It’s so mindbending that there people out there viscerally angry that I’m not doing enough to save them from their own progressively shittier choices, and that I don’t care more about their lives than they do. I will not set myself on fire to keep someone else warm.

I’m pretty much generally always photogenic.

now that spring break is over, it’s back to leaving my phone on DND.

I’m chronically fatigued by the phone going off legitimately 24/7, waking up to 35+ notifications every Fing day.

If it’s an emergency call 911, otherwise your call/text will be returned in the order it has been received.
