It's technically a fancy ability, a reskin of Schooling from Wishiwashi with some caveats (since Wishiwashi ofc has the trade off of being busted when schooling is active and ass when not) One v cool PTU thing is that mons don't have to evolve to be competitive.

Don't let the morelull fool you, we encountered it trying to establish a fiefdom of paras with it as the king.

My WoL currently is also my PTU character, Rhea, so I actually don't have to speculate. These are some of the primary pokemon she uses alongside her triple battle partners- and many of them are some flavour of mischievous bastard child. Rhea is a sweet girl who collects Villains.
