In Pokemon X, the first Pokemon I caught was a shiny Fletchling. Route 3, full odds shiny.

Years later, in Pokemon ZA, the first shiny Pokemon I caught was also a Fletchling. I was going to my first rank up battle. Rank Y, full odds shiny.

Dude, I was thinking it must be tough doing a social media job where you’re like a communications analyst. Because tbh, I was trying to be very careful so my words aren’t misconstrued but alas, I failed. So, definitely props to TOs and people who do online communications.

But think of strategies of how to improve things from a systems change perspective.
