I cannot begin to express how heavy a lift my (almost) daily trips to the gym are doing as we barrel toward the first weeks of March. They'll be the hardest weeks of the year for my mental health. My knee better hold out!

Having a little knee pain so I am reducing the amount of cardio I'm doing at the gym. Tried to make up for it by doing a little arm/chest strength work yesterday. Woke up a little sore but completely forgot how much muscle soreness rockets up my anxiety. THAT's why I can't catch my breath today!

I've always been a "coffee black like my heart" drinker, but I'm really having a moment with using honey as a sweetener. Ive started having my afternoon coffee with honey and some oat milk, through a straw. Which means that some afternoons I can taste color.
