I wish someone could send help. 😅

I had to deal with a huffy customer service rep. on the phone the other day and got a survey about my experience.
Am I going to complain? No. I worked customer service for 12 years and 2 years were on phones. I hated it. I never got huffy, but man do I get it.

I know all I can do is try, and control things within my control. But I can't shake the feeling this could be my patio view... really hope not.

In '19 I hurt my back and hips in a car wreck. I've been trying to buy a one story or split level home since '20. I finally found something, am under contract, and I'm currently packing up my action figures.

I should be excited. But, I'm honestly pretty concerned by the state of everything.

I'm glad I chose well!

Spent most of my day off cleaning as to avoid taking trash out on the new year tomorrow. I love it when traditions and superstitions overlap. Growing up in Appalachia definitely made me superstitious lol.

Side thought: I find it funny that this got flagged for adult content, but I'm more covered than if I were wearing a bikini.

I was lucky enough to have these two beautiful dogs for 14 years, and 12 years respectively. Sunny (left) and Zoe (right). Sunny passed away 2 years apart to the date that Zoe passed.
Life just hasn't been the same without them. But, I'm also still not ready for another dog. Missing them.

As of late I've been going between apps and just seeing the state of the world. Mostly it's bad news. But, seeing reactions from the Latino and Canadian communities in reaction to a shout out during a musical act has been refreshing.

We need more of this.

I hate that I live in a place that doesn't have dance classes for adults.

You'd think people would learn and never want history to repeat.

So many people here just need to see how others live and experience those different ideas and cultures.

It's also ironic that on the flip side there's people with silver spoons in their mouth that have the money and ability to learn and travel but choose to keep their "traditions."

The fall of Rome was just a bridge collapsing. And, no one coming to fix it. Isn't that wild?

At least that's how it seems. Being isolated and unable to learn about other cultures leads to a closed mind and long story short, racism. Which imo seems to be the root of most issues here.

Anyway my point was after she was able to talk to them, the Canadians were empathetic and I wish more normal people had money to travel and communicate cause lord knows a lot of people need to "touch grass" especially Americans. Too bad we're too isolated and poor.

I just kind of assume all other countries think we're idiots. And, honestly it bugs me that we have solutions to so many issues, but a majority of Americans that vote seem to like having a hard life? Like making life hard for others?
