Their behavior is inexcusable according to the Bible. That kind of conduct is antagonistic, and very extensively detested in both of the Bible's testaments.

Of course, these people could care less, as they likely never read it themselves.

The best tool against pol/bib nuts is the Bible itself.

I am also concerned about the safety of the roof itself. Weeds like that need wet, loose stone to grow into at a minimum. These are things that should not be factors on a roof.

In addition, the giant logo is sandbagged to the floor, and at the mercy of the wind.

All of this is a big yikes.
