One of the things I've always admired about #UNDP is its ability to not only anticipate what may happen but to turn insights into real programming and decision making. And I guess the results really do speak for themselves.

With ample foresight, legal frameworks and regulation can be meaningful and effective in bridging tech and innovation development whilst maintaining the centrality of #HumanRights. Interested to see how the Council of Europe continues to engage in this space
