The only thing that I've been able to do that I wanted/needed to do on the week that I took off for my birthday was spend time with my friends one day. Every other day, my mom has decided that nothing I want or need to do is allowed. But it's easier to not do what I want over having her attitude.

Chicken and biscuits: a pound of chicken, a can of cream of chicken, a can of water, and a diced onion into the crock pot. Salt/pepper/garlic and if you have it rosemary and thyme. Let cook on low for 5 hours, take chicken out and shred, add back in with a bag of any frozen veg for another hour.

Taco casserole: brown a pound of ground whatever with diced onion, garlic, and taco seasoning. Add a can each of Rotel, water/bouillon or broth, beans, and a bag of frozen corn, throw the lid on it and let simmer for an hour or so, in the last ten minutes add cheese to melt.

As a reminder, especially now with SNAP benefits turned off, if and when you see someone stealing food, no, you didn't, shut up and walk away.

Or I like pickle/jalapeno slices.
