I've been thinking about this title page that I drew for my short story in @dstlry.bsky.social 's Through the Boughs last year

A key bard strums their little guitar with their little clawed hands. The guitar has soft, kissable lips. Tragically, the bard's face is an un-lipped, un-kissable (??) field of stars with a nova in the middle. They still make it work. Above the bard floats a luminous keyhole. The bard's cape is plush and blue. The bard's hat is a disc adorned with dangling notes and reminders about the key's birthday and favorite Ninjago characters. Ninjago is their love language.

Vue en plein pied de Mitchi, il s'agit d'un personnage féminin asiatique dodu de petite taille portant un caftan violet, une ceinture verte, des lunettes teintées de jaune et des bottes brunes incurvées. Ses cheveux sont mal coiffés, noirs et noués dans une sorte de chignon en forme de flamme. Il y a également une palette d'expressions, une ou elle semble avoir un certain mépris, l'autre où elle utilise un branche de siwak pour se "brosser les dents" et une dernière où elle tient une tasse de thé l'air dubitatif.

Mitchi, 1m42 de frustration, est la protagoniste. Issue d'un clan nomade, cette jeune femme en quête maladive de reconnaissance tire profit de ses capacités surnaturelles et de sa ruse pour sortir des situations les plus périlleuses. Ses actions impulsives démarrent l'intrigue.

Sketch sans niveaux de gris

Plan d'ensemble des trois protagonistes en contre plongée contemplant surement un paysage. On peut voir un massif montagneux en arrière plan. Mitchi est au premier plan à gauche, Célestin et Zarama à sa droite un peu plus en arrière. Il s'agit d'un croquis relativement détaillé en nivaux de gris.

Mitchi regarde déterminée la tête haute. Il s'agit d'une petite femme asiatique de carrure robuste aux cheveux mal coiffés et au visage juvénile. Elle est vêtue d'un caftan typique d'Asie Centrale et porte des lunettes rondes.

Célestin semble effrayé par ce qu'il voit. Il s'agit d'un homme blanc "skinny-fat" au visage assez disgracieux. Il plaque ses cheveux sur le côté et a un duvet sur la lèvre. Il est vêtu d'un pull et d'une chemise.

Zarama semble détendue, les mains sur les hanches. Il s'agit d'une très grande chamane vêtue d'un caftan et d'un bonnet phrygien. Elle a de longs cheveux blonds et un visage fin orné de lunettes rondes teintées qui dissimulent ses yeux.

Dans les steppes hostiles de l'Orient Central a été érigé un gigantesque mur séparant le Hunnistan de ses terres colonisées par le Gothland. Mitchi, une jeune Hunnite s'introduit chez les Goths pour y commettre l'irréparable.

La région s'embrasera-t-elle suite à cet acte ?

Fullbody in color of my oc Arduina Gargantua, a giant and muscular humanoid lady with white skin, black fluffy hair, pointed elf like ears, two large horns bending downwards, she has body tatoos of cyan lines over her face and body, wears a black jumsuit decorated with many ornate accessories made out of bone, leather, bronze, terracotta and fur, she wears a large fur cape/poncho and has leg warmers made out of the same beige fur covering her brown leather boots, her belt has a large bronze center piece and a large braid of dark teal fabric going around her waist ( it is tied by a knot in her back with the large braided fabric hanging down with two more bronze pieces at their ends that's invisible here as she is front facing ) she has a smirk on her face.
