I’m not reading the collar itself as specifically masculine. But when there are shawl collars on specifically men’s cardigans they invoke that feeling in me.

I stand firm in my statement. Heterosexual propaganda, there is nothing inherently queer with that cardigan. 😤

Shawl collars on men’s cardigans feels like heterosexual propaganda. If i ever knit one for myself then I have lost sense of who I am and I implore you to do what you know you must do 😔🧶
