I’m genuinely looking forward to the next few weeks—finishing commissions, returning to personal projects, staying organized, and preparing for Anthrocon. I’ll be sharing a “how to find me” post across all my platforms very soon.

I’ll be focusing on healing the relationship I have with my work: learning to be softer with myself, moving at a healthier pace, and rediscovering the joy in what I create.

Moving forward, I’ll be approaching things with more care. Salem and Bunna will be receiving a gentle revamp—refined, but still holding onto the heart that made them special.

I want to say I’m sorry for how long I’ve been away, but more than that, I want to say thank you. Thank you for standing by me, for being patient, and for showing your support throughout these past 3-4 years. It’s meant more than I could ever put into words.

And while many of you still appreciated what I created—and I’m endlessly thankful for that—it was hard for me to see any of it with the same pride.

On top of that, I found myself falling out of love with my art. It didn’t feel like me anymore. Even though I was constantly chasing improvement, it felt like I was slipping further from what made my work mine.

The truth is, the reason I stepped away was because I became overwhelmed. I took on too many commissions at once, more than I could handle, and in doing so, I lost sight of my own rhythm. I kept pushing myself past my limits, and each time, I regretted it.
