Yes! If they didn’t send you specific instructions (it’s been years so I don’t remember if they come later) there should be a line you can call like every day for like a week beforehand to check if you still have to go (but this might depend on the location)

I dunno how it is everywhere but for me it was sitting in a room for a long time waiting to be called or sent home. After watching entire groups of people get sent home, my group made it into a courthouse. I was not picked to be on a jury! But I got to read the whole day so at least there was that 😅
