I’m saying this because I know a formal diagnosis is inaccessible to countless disabled and chronically ill people. You don’t need to wait for a doctor’s permission to do something to help yourself. You’re not stealing resources; Mobility aids are for everyone who benefits from them. ❤️

I’ve said this before and so have others, but; You don’t need any kind of formal diagnosis to be allowed to use mobility aids. They do cost money, but you don’t need a prescription to be able to buy them. If walking hurts or is difficult in any way, it’s completely fine to try and see if they help
