The findings from @wearecreative.bsky.social’s new survey, supported by HEY Creative, highlights how vital freelancers are to the region’s creative economy.

From performers and visual artists to writers, producers and educators, their talent powers our sector – and contributes to many more.

“With a higher proportion of freelancers working in arts, culture and heritage than any other sector, it’s vital that their development is front and centre when we consider how creativity can thrive across Hull & East Yorkshire”.
