Medication review tomorrow for my pain and my depression/anxiety 🫥

Had a horrible headache that won't go the last 3 days.

It's either from my cervical spine issues or from the big tooth cavity I have in an upper molar.

Ok and now September 10th I have an appointment with a different hip surgeon....

September 15th I again speak with the spinal surgeon....

But after all that I am going to have to have a full hip replacement sooner than later

So I need to see a more experienced surgeon because mine would be more complex than just fixing a fully torn labrum ugh.
If they can't repair it, it will be injections and physio because I have zero strength in that right hip after certain tests he did.

Made it to my appointment.... Got to have an X-ray first.

I am literally shaking with my anxiety issues. It sucks so bad 😭

I will be seeing the orthopaedic surgeon this morning about the action plan for my hip and what surgery it will be.

Anxiety is next level!!

Thank you. I see an orthopaedic surgeon on August 19th to discuss exactly what surgery will be done on my hip. I've had so many big surgeries these last 2 years. I've had enough 😞😓 1 on my lumbar spine, 1 on my cervical spine, a hysterectomy, & now need my hip & possibly another cervical spine one

& she sent off an Urgent referral to both a counsellor & a psychiatrist so I hope I hear soon as I know the MH waits here in Saskatoon can be ridiculous. I just can't take it anymore. I've multiple areas of pain & multiple chronic issues in my spine, neck, hip(s), foot, ankle.... had enough 😪

Saw my Dr yesterday & she finally listened more about my pain & MH because I broke down & had a full on anxiety attack in front of her. I was honest & told her how I've been feeling like I don't want to be here anymore, that I'm not wanting to not wake up. Now am on higher dose of fluoxetine & T3's

The wishlist for kids in our community that may not have items for school any other way. We don't get huge numbers but we get the ones whose parents have no other options and reach out. We may have kids who will need shoes and clothing but we don't yet know the sizes. Love to the helpers💕🪶

I have had such a fight for years. Pregablin then gabapentin did nothing for me other than make me feel crap. Tylenol does nothing. Naproxen does nothing and I can't really take it as I got diagnosed with stomach ulcers etc just recently. Just so done 😭
