Thank you! It's super simple too. It takes about 40 minutes from start to finish. Or 30 if you use a beurre manié.
It's my go to low effort meal since it only takes about 6 minutes of active work. The rest is just waiting

Genuinely curious, would making things like rice in bulk along with air-frying proteins and vegetables not take comparable amounts of time? It takes a minute to slice tofu (I'm vegan) and maybe another minute to pop it in an air fryer.

There's also grocery delivery services. Some stores have a dedicated delivery wing, and you can get completely free delivery with a subscription (Mine is $12 a month with same day delivery). With that and an air frier, you can make stuff with little to no effort.
