Great article. Directly applicable to health orgs. In NHS, there’s a problematic dashboard fetish. Gets in the way of turning data into knowledge. A good start: ensure the subject matter experts are always accompanied ‘in the room by data scientists. And vice versa. Cultural resistance +++ sadly.
