I have free time at the moment, and I'm wondering how I get this concept to the fore. Not sure how to start some good trouble.

My view is we should start calling these companies what they are: fossil fuel extraction companies. Not energy companies. They don't create energy. They extract and ship. That's all.

I've called my local federal member, Tony Zappia (Makin electorate, SA), for a position statement on this unacceptable extension proposal.

It's high time Australia: - recognised the state of Palestine; - ceased all support for Israel; - recalled our ambassador and expelled theirs; - cancelled all Israeli visas; - froze Israeli assets in Australia; - stopped materiel, personnel and information flowing from Australia to Israel; - declared Israel a terrorist state (so Australian citizens who have gone to fight for Israel are subject to prosecution).
