It seems I only get politics feeds. I’m a bit newer, I’ll follow you and see where that leads. On a positive note- I placed 5th in the CaTri Newport Beach triathlon two weeks ago after 6 surgeries and 10 years of being unable to workout. That’s a win right there!

Bex i was obese due to many bedridden surgeries after being athletic all my life. I also had 6 kids. 1.5 years ago I said, “this is not the vision I had for myself” and I began with a 1 mile run and intermittent fasting. I also used Wegovy. Did my 1st triathlon in a decade. So proud. Whatever works!
