Stuff like that was on my mind too - of course as I mention in the article, you have to then be careful because it's transparency, so it will show parallax - but w/manually made skirts U can make them tight. I guess stochastic transparency b/c you have a gbuffer that is not "blendable"?

Yes, stuff like that is where my mind was at first - I think the smart intuition is that you can just do everything in screenspace. That said, still hard, because that has to be at full-res, so you have to optimize quite a bit I imagine

So far the most useful thing has been literally as a replacement of intellisense, that's how it behaves without any extra prompting etc in VS/VSc and it's great. The second most useful thing is for "throwaway" scripts, where using chat-like stuff works great.
