You present no evidence. Let that pass. Do you have a program for the construction of low income housing?

YIMBY is necessary but not sufficient to deal with housing shortages. Developers will always build for the rich. Actual public spending is needed to house the rest of us.

I live in the East Bay, YIMBY city. Housing requires a lot more than just letting developers loose to pursue profit. We have numerous developments, many occupying former parking lots, they are great but they are targeted specifically to upper and upper middle tech types.

But please explain why Democrats have been so ineffective at getting the homeless, many of whom have families, don’t do drugs and even have jobs, housed.
