It's definitely not like old Twitter, but that was a moment in time and now gone. I really like it here, I've found good people to follow and have a laugh.But my view of social media has changed, and I don't expect it to be like it was. I'm grateful to have a lovely space where people aren't hateful

Same, him helping to get bike lanes in Manchester was the only reason I started cycling there. Seeing him cycling on them as well (without a bike helmet - gasp! How it should be with sage infrastructure) was a real boost

I found this article sad for many reasons, but mainly the voice of the young people interviewed who don't agree with the anti immigrant rhetoric and feel like there is no hope and that they want to move out of the UK! (Don't blame them)

I used to work at NICE and colleagues at the time were writing updated guidance on indoor air pollution. Ever since I have not burnt a single thing my house- no candles, no artificial sprays etc, and frequently open windows. It's not known about enough that it can be so damaging to health

It's not always the case. I work with a lot of people who are in the Support group of conts-based ESA and are still employed, they can be on this ESA much longer than a year. Sick does not always = unemployed especially if have e.g.cancer and are having treatment

The incredulous looks I would get at a council I worked for that I cycled into work sometimes. But....why? When we have a car park?? Also when I used to take the bus because it was more pleasant and better for everyone (environment, other people on the roads)...But...why. It got annoying 😄
