I think I'd keep the AGMs around and just have all of them run the team with no proper GM position. They can't do a worse job than Treliving has done in either of his stops in Canada. No way they could do a worse job.

I certainly don't do it for money. Hell, I pay for cloud storage out of pocket so I have a proper backup of my Race Day stuff that isn't reliant on in house storage. I can't even do it for money anyway since I don't own the rights to anyone I'm putting in the game. I'm doing it for fun.

The important thing is you don't want to burn any bridges for if/when it doesn't work out. Andrade didn't do that and he was able to come back and get into a solid position again. As long as you don't burn any bridges with the company you're jumping from, you'll be able to return if you need to.
