Jumpscaring my headmates with a job application

like bestie we are safe. everything’s okay. it’s okay to Be. it’s okay to make noise and move around and be seen. i know that seems outlandish. but it’s reality. you can step into it at your own pace. just know you aren’t wrong for being alive. you can breathe and explore and live.

they just want to crawl into a small space like a closet or cabinet and hide. that’s what safety means for them.

anyone got that alter of impending doom who fronts to make everything feel Wrong and Off. makes you overthink everything you’ve done lately because they don’t recognize themselves in any form of self expression and it terrifies them when you express anything at all.

its hard trying to get people to use a different name for you for years and then by the time they come around to it, that’s not your name anymore

have that strange feeling like i don’t know who lives in my house but logically i know that i do?

changed my bedroom layout around a tiny bit and i feel brand new but idk if it’s in a good way. just keep staring at what i did and trying to rationalize it so i don’t freak out

on a waiting list for a therapist but i probably won’t even have insurance by the time they’re available 🥲
