Many standard (Google) voices have been deprecated and narrowed down to only a few voices per language :( unfortunately I have no say in the matter and I'm sorry that many pets don't have their familiar sounding voice organs anymore...

- input text limits now only apply to the text that's spoken, not the syntax stuff around it. THIS FIXES SHIT WHEN TRUNCATING THE TEXT IN THE MIDDLE OF A MODIFIER and doesn't penalize chatters who use lots of modifiers when the actual output text is no longer than those who did not use tts syntax
