My solution is to be more thorough as a commissioner. I'll have my questions at the ready, even if they're answered in the TOS.

I plan on asking for a sketch WIP so I have the opportunity to make changes. In addition to providing a strict deadline for the finished product.

Feeling very discouraged buying art rn because of the pushback when I ask for changes.
