Night two of Gillian Welch and David Rawlings at the London Palladium. Some excellent alternative choices from night 1, a very different crowd, and one of the best encore sets I think I've ever seen. Finishing with a fully acoustic off-mic performance of Long Black Veil was perfect.

Kneecap have donated their fee for their Wide Awake slot to Médecins Sans Frontières.
During their UK tour, the band ran 10km every day of the 12-date tour to raise money for food parcels for families in Palestine. They raised £30k.

This was 8am Manchester while waiting for what turned out to be excellent breakfast before my train.
Last nights show may have been the best of the three. So much fun over this last week, but glad to be nearly home.
Last full day in Manchester. Another excellent breakfast, last night of Bruce's 3 night run, before an early start tomorrow back home.

The amount of posts from people in the UK and US wanting to highlight failures of their respective administrations is good to see.
However, sharing paywalled news articles doesn't help your cause. If anything they delay/prevent your target audience from engaging any further.
I don't want the Water Companies to be bailed out, I want their bosses to be jailed and their companies repossessed.
I don't want Public Services to be cut, I want billionaires to be taxed.
I'm not interested in the growth of the richest 1%, I want that money to go to the 99%.
France should. They're the only country with a strong domestic league base to work from. Seeing Italy improve is great, just need to sort their discipline. Reckon they probably would've won today but for the red.
