I had similar feelings when I was a game dev. I started doing game jams like Ludum Dare. Make a simple game over a weekend, and release it. Felt insane to share a piece of me, but the benefits of putting something out there boosted my confidence tremendously as I realized "yes I am doing this!" GLHF

Just a personal observation, I think you're in a confidence "valley". It's okay to ask for help to get out of that valley, it doesn't have to be direct. Ask your friends for advice on your music, give them stems and ask for a remix, try putting something out online under a new name...

Wanted to edit our vacation videos so I decided to give Davinci Resolve a try this morning, and it is OUTSTANDING! I can't believe the features & simplicity of the free tier. I was planning on making some experimental videos later this year and now I'm considering an upgrade to the Studio tier 😁
