Cold and dreary here in the northeast. This weekend is supposed to be the start of summer. It feels more like March. So I made some little beach paintings to bring the feel of summer inside.

Meanwhile, both NBC and PBS reported “tens of thousands” of protesters at more than 1,000 rallies across the country. Somebody explain THAT math to me.

l inherited dozens of cardboard berry baskets. I've used a few to store things but I've always wanted to put them to better use.
I remembered that someone had posted "I was told there would be hand baskets." And suddenly I knew what to do with them.

A collection of stickers featuring encaustic mixed media/collage Mighty Girls.

Time for some whimsy. My Mighty Girls are my pride and joy, so I made them into #stickers!

She has a rather intense look, which is enhanced by the points of the leaves. I like it, but if that’s not what you’re going for, maybe ferns would soften it a bit.

I thought that IQ47, as a felon, couldn’t travel to the UK.
