We finally got rid of the Tories πŸ₯³ but haven’t got rid of Brexit which is causing untold damage. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ‡¦πŸ‡ͺ

18 years here. Have more knowledge of the region than you. Never thought it couldn’t erupt hence why I’ve been arguing against all those people who just want to attack Iran. Been here 18 yrs it’s my home. But thank you so much for your concern

Yeah Abu Dhabi has the base so I’m sure worse but crap it’s a bit real now. Not sure if the Boom was shooting something down or a sonic boom by fighter jets

Its doubly galling because Starmer and Labour have (and not without reason) spent years insisting Reform curious voters should be respected and taken seriously. Then with the Greens they're all "LOL you've been taken in by those nutters, U morons, don't be daft." Its playground level ignorance.

Had a similar exchange at a Reform UK rally in Lincolnshire last spring making a podcast. "I'm waiting for my husband... You'll need to speak to my husband about that..."

These same right wingers hopping accounts wanting an illegal war in Iran are the ones that will never let labour live down our involvement in an illegal war in Iraq! Yet most of them supported it at the time. Fuckety Fuckers fuck off… says me in Dubai hoping the booms are fireworks

Doesn’t look great for Blair’s policies there? I don’t get it, the economy was growing? Any ideas. I get since the financial crisis but this is from 97

Yet again all the right wing accounts howling on Twitter about Starmer’s stance on allowing the US to use RAF bases to bomb Iran is not reflected in the views of the British public… at all. That site is so unrepresentative @yougov.co.uk

Again, it feels insane how little attention is being paid to this. The build up to Iraq was months long, in the open, full public debate. This stuff is currently below Toy Story 5 on the BBC website.

BBC reporting that Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

There is no precedent for a senior member of the royal family being placed under arrest in modern British history. A seismic moment for the monarchy.

And I agree about Amazon but if taxes on Amazon were lower here they wouldn’t be offshoring profits to countries like Ireland.

Why does the Republic of Ireland have so much surplus cash? The Republic of Ireland is predicted to have a €65.2bn (Β£56.3bn) budget surplus by 2027.

It’s not just the payout from Apple. www.bbc.com/news/article...

Not sure I agree with this. We have the lowest taxes on median workers for a very long time (not enough for the services we want) and there is some argument for lower taxes on companies. Ireland ran a huge surplus and was literally handing out goodies to citizens last year
