My reaction to the WB/Paramount deal is to double my contribution to my local public media org. It is becoming increasingly clear no billionaires are coming up save us so we need to preserve what we have. And what we have is a robust, if hobbled, public broadcast system that needs support.

Rewatching the first season of Scrubs, which aired 25 years ago.
