I had to stop drawing this today bc I was getting super lazy with the bun braid lineart to the point it was looking messy.

I do need to figure out how to draw his braids quicker, so that I may draw my boi more often. But this is gonna be his debut part of the comic I'm making.

As an adult I get why I landed in intensive math for one year in highschool. That teacher could prove I was at the right level. I wasn’t dumb — my regular math teacher just couldn’t explain it in a way an autistic girl could understand, even when I stayed after school for help.

Being an adult with pattern recognition & a mild understanding of psychology & trying to understand fae myths/lore is seeing that people have always been autistic/ADHD but it scared people who didn't know how to manage grief, loss, and other emotions either. Tough on both sides.

Just learned what homoflexible means, and I feel it fits Ekho very well. Bisexual/pansexual didn't feel right.

He's 90% gay. Biologically male, no matter how they present.

The 10% left over explains the occasional straying into the territory of relations with the other genders.

I haven't not written in the last week but I haven't been focused on it or posting a new chapter. Have a WIP of Ekho!! I find drawing millions of hearts to get the braids drawn quickly, and on a smaller scale, is somehow the method to this madness. #art #wip #hellaverse

Still reeling from this today. It's taken me 5 months to write chapter 74-104. 53,000+ words. I finally got my husband, who writes for Catoblepas (who wasn't involved in this arc at all), to read it all so he's caught up.

It took him 1 DAY.

Fuck he's fast at reading.

I know I desperately need to do research into the Bible to contrast the lore I've been coming up with for Hell, but I'm 33 yrs into life & I don't know if I want to be enlightened to how it's supposed to be understood & realize how misconstrued it has been by people I've known 😩

Had to stop watching the 3rd Terrifier movie and look at something else for a while. I'll watch the rest of it but I did not need to see Victoria doing what she did with that mirror shard. I don't think I'm even an hour into the movie lol

Losing my blender file of Ekho's horns wrecked my world for a full week. I spent 8+ hours making it again. Back-ups to my email, husband's & mom's email. GDrive, discord to my husband and 2 friends. Might even burn it to fuckin' disc. I am not losing this shit again lol

Can someone explain with windows updates how programs uninstall themselves? Files are removed?

I don't uninstall Blender/OBS in the off chance I want to make/record something.

Both programs are missing, and all my files related to the programs.

I KNOW how to make bread. I don't WANT to. I don't get PAID for making my own bread. I don't feel BETTER making my own bread. It's another CHORE.

I know I'm paying for convenience but I literally cannot have gluten. It is not a trend. Still costs twice as much for half the buns.

Been house-hunting in Florida since 2014. Cheapest one I’ve found in 2025 is $5k trailer in a 55+ park. I’m 33, so only 22 more years till I qualify for affordable housing!

And even then, it’s $700/month for lot rent even if you “own” it. What a joke. Florida is such a joke lmao

My sleep schedule is fucked up but hey, I won 3,500 points for 7-Eleven by doing those surveys now and then.

Chapter 104—I've got a good outline for the next 8-ish chapters now so I can finish off this arc coherently, and better than the random half-assed timeskip I was originally planning.

Maybe no new chapter this Friday—I'm getting used to a medication I was supposed to be taking every day.

Instead I'm trying to get back into the habit of art. Have a messy sketch from a little comic I'm working on with Poppy and Ekho interacting.

Finally finished this art of Ekho, and gave him a make-up/face paint look. I'm so much more proud of this horn design than the previous ideas. I can actually imagine drawing him again.

Stepped on the bathroom floor & it caved in. Sat in a chair & pushed it through a wall—someone had covered a hole with painted cardboard. Landlord wants $200 per issue if I want her to fix them. Ma’am, this is why the last tenants stuffed a mop head down the toilet.

Sometimes I write stuff & take a step back to wonder if it's at all realistic.

Then I remember a few weeks ago how the cashier of my local 7-Eleven wanted to fight some dude with earbuds in & a backpack on at midnight.

I just wanted the pumpkin Peelerz. I'm still not over that.

Surprise wrap-up chapter before Ekho takes Naomi/Johnathan back to Hell. There’s more before we hit a chapter based on what I wrote 4 yrs ago for Charlie/Vaggie.
