Check out humanism. There are 10 commitments that should be the focus for a humanist.

Recommend you research humanism. It can be a moral compass for those without religion. It has something called the ten commitments.

When your environment is grim, feeling good takes practice. The #exercise is actively #helping yourself and others. Once a day, consciously do something #good for yourself and then for someone else. #Connection to ourselves and others is the best #therapy.

Seems like you should be able to debug runtime type issues by setting breakpoints and stepping into code? Canโ€™t say for sure without seeing your code. Please report back if you discover the issue.

Good article! I dislike that the default in the IDE is to let Microsoft / github use your code for training. I canโ€™t get approval at my job to use AI as it is always blocked through firewalls. It is a great productivity booster though. Thankfully I can still research with it from a home machine.

Medium is a great source of new dev information. Some articles are free, I paid for a subscription.

I rarely watch the news (except dvr of daily show). Best thing to do is support NPR and other independent sources of news. They arenโ€™t perfect but they are way better than the mainstream alternatives. Your posts are great btw.

This was an amazing interview. It answered a lot of questions for me about blazor and what MS thinks of it. Appreciate you posting it!

And we come full circle back to webforms ๐Ÿ˜€ How long before MS takes this library and makes it part of .net core?

I havenโ€™t used blazor much but I do create minimal apis and I have found fast endpoints to be a great library. It is a great way to transition from traditional mvc apis. They have great documentation as well.

Thanks for this article! We are just getting started on implementing key vault and this was helpful. Do you have any links for the local development user secrets also that were mentioned in the article? We had always just used app settings for local dev. Is that what you meant?

.NET 9 is just the preview edition of .NET 10 which is when most large companies will upgrade.
