Spends hours riding the metro, but the paperwork appears to be shuffling deck chairs on titanic.

My husband has been doing outreach at the end of the metro line for the last few months. I thought I'd seen it all, volunteering in skid row with FnB, being on the streets myself back in 2015. The stories he brings back daily are unreal these days. No doubt its always been rough, feels next level.
