Seeing Donnell Whittenberg win a gold medal at the World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia, made my day. He personifies persistence & resilience. The fact it’s his 6th World Championships is phenomenal. He finally got his flowers.

you wanted to use. I was able to use the Smith Machine, cable machine to do triceps, lats, & cable row..then dumbbells & treadmill for my workout with no problems & little waiting time.
