I have a shop that has that policy as well, but they also want to charge pushing $100 for an ETB. Hell, prismatic when it it was still the newest set was pushing $200 there.

I also want to add to this. Try to not buy from game stores that have these inflated prices. I always want to promote buying from your local game store, but people buying from them when they have insane prices only adds to the issue.

The text on the top left reads: A lore-heavy species that can utilize the power of Mana and Miasma. There is 5 different variants of Vulpenta, each living in different areas, reflected in their appearance. Vulpenta have fur, however some variants have talons or scaled parts. They all however have a pouch and at least one crystal growing on their head. Vulpenta have an androgynous build, as their young hatch with the ability to eat solid food, thus there is no need for milk production / breasts.
