Over the next month, Plaid Cymru members across the new Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd constituency will be selecting candidates for next year's Senedd election.

I'm thrilled to announce that I have put my name forward for selection.

I think the display by Trump and Vance in the Oval just proves that they are Putin's assets.

And much like Putin, they have severely underestimated Zelensky.

To everyone across Neath and Swansea East.

Both @SwanseaCouncil and Neath Port Talbot Council have called for devolution of the estate.

This money generated in Wales should be retained and spent for the benefit of the people of Wales.

We hope that the remaining 14 local authorities will soon join the growing call for fairness.

Here's one of my cats. He's a shy, but really sweet boy. He loves playing with and fighting his younger brothers, and much like me...while he may be up and about this morning, he's not too sure if he's quite awake yet.

The words that Ed Miliband once used against David Cameron seem to accurately describe Starmer...

"He's strong against the weak, and weak against the strong."

My thoughts go out to all those impacted by flooding, and more than anything, I hope everyone impacted is safe. After the devastating floods of 2020, Labour refused to hold an independent inquiry into flooding in Wales despite calling for one in England. With flooding becoming more extreme and more frequent, we must make sure this time that lessons are learnt and greater support given to communities. My team and I will be focused today and in the coming days in providing practical support to those impacted, but in the Senedd, I will continue to be a voice for flooded communities and continue to campaign on the issue. Every time I go there however, I'm left feeling a little frustrated. I feel that so much more could be done with this site. It sits near an old ironworks site and a canal, but there's not even cafe or shop on site.

Enormous potential. Wasted.

Massive congratulations to Phil Pendry, who won in a by-election to Glynneath Town Council.

She hasn't got much patience with other cats, and she's nervous around people she doesn't know, but she's also extremely sweet - routinely purring when we look at her, giving head bumps, and jumping on our shoulders or cwtching up with us.
