I think you’re right, but at this point something had to give. And he has been unequivocally bad at setting up whatever players he has available. I don’t like the booing and knee-jerkery too, but at this point I think it had to happen…

It’s clear he wasn’t the only issue, the bigger ongoing issue is the Board. But the only thing we could change now was the manager and he had clearly lost the players (not even clear he had them in the first place).

I think the bigger issue is we don’t have that great a squad. Certainly with injuries. Ange was a great speaker but not a great difference maker in the league (we were shit then too).
