End of an era. 😢

I loved Twitter and it was where I made the most meaningful connections, was able to boost my work, engaged in transformative learning, and was able to feel like I could contribute to important conversations.

Now… it’s a heap of garbage. 🔥

Just an update:

I was struggling the beginning of this month but I’m doing much better now.

Sharing because I want to normalize that it’s ok to have ups and downs. But you also have to build in self-care routines so you don’t go into the depths or the peaks too intensely.
