Not really "primetime" enough... plus on Saturday afternoons I assume kids would be more likely to be out doing stuff compared to Saturday mornings

Iyanu is back for more new episodes starting Saturday, March 21 at 9:00a.

Hopefully they don't loop back to Metal/Squids/Pickles/Xavier again this upcoming Monday. Will keep track of what the rest of the week plays.

Today, instead of Frisky Dingo and Off the Air, they played Soft Focus with Jena Friedman instead! The one where she interviews John McAfee! Really happy to see them grabbing some deep cuts for this.

I hadn't been keeping track for a little bit but the last time I reported on it it was the first day of the Metal/China/Venture lineup, and after Venture they played Frisky Dingo and Off the Air.

The Adult Swim weekday YouTube stream seems to have been repeating the first three weeks these past 3 weeks... meaning it had the Metal/Squids/Pickles/Xavier stuff again the past two weeks and this week it has Metal/China IL/Venture/...Surprise?

And if you're curious, its not like you get bonus hours of either network with this split. CN is off air from 5p - 6a, AS vice-versa.

The cheapest way to get Cartoon Network on YouTube TV is through either of these plans:

They do not offer the Family plan (or the News plan) by itself.

For comparison, YouTube TV's current "Base" plan is $82.99/month.

YouTube TV is offering a Sports only plan (which also includes entertainment networks with a sports focus like TBS and USA) for $64.99/month and this Entertainment only plan.

On both plans, you can also add News (Fox, CNN, etc.) and Family (CN, Nick, Disney, etc.) channels.

Cartoon Network and Adult Swim have been separated into two on YouTube TV.

This looks to be related to YouTube TV's new cheaper $54.99/month Entertainment Plan, which includes Adult Swim but not Cartoon Network (which is part of an Entertainment+Family Plan).

Destination Imagination is listed as an episode of Foster's during season 6 rather than its own special.

Kids Next Door Operation Z.E.R.O. is listed separately while I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S. and the Grim crossover are listed as part of season 6.

Early 2022. Redraw Your World themed. Font changed to TT Norms.

Late 2022. Pastel themed. Font changed to Intervogue or whatever Pastel uses.

2024. I changed the text to "News & Schedules" when I confirmed I was no longer going to make schedule graphs consistently after over a year of not making schedule graphs consistently.

Current. Reverted back to CMYK to fit the whole Pink, Black, Yellow thing I had going on with the banner.

2018. Decorations removed, just "CN SCHEDULE ARCHIVE" in CMYK magenta.

2021. Made this around the time CN announced its big new changes under Tom Ascheim. It was an exciting time for CN I think.

Yea. Not an actual schedule. Just color pairing. Thank god for Delocated.

Now. I decide to not even bother with HBO Max and just make it CN (now in cyan), AS, and MeTV Toons (back to yellow).

Mid-2025. Max is announced to be renamed back to HBO Max. I make fun of that.

July 2025 I think. I remove Cartoonito and Boomerang and center the four that are left to avoid any obscuring. MeTV Toons goes from yellow to magenta to balance it out.

December 2025, after Netflix announces it will buy Warner Bros. I add tags indicating who owns what. Discovery Global owns CN and AS. Netflix "somehow" owns HBO Max. Weigel owns MeTV Toons.

Earlier today. Paramount Skydance beats Netflix into submission. I replace the text with "Fuck", "Shit", and "Ugh". MeTV Toons remains untouched.

2023. HBO Max is now Max.

2024. I make fun of Cartoonito's irrelevancy by taping the MeTV Toons logo directly on top of it.

Later in 2024. I move MeTV Toons to a new third column and put Boomerang there to keep it company. Cartoonito is uncovered again, but Twitter and Bluesky typically put my profile picture there. Intentional.

2025. Max's background goes gray. I adjust CN's color back to the trademark CMYK magenta. Results in a nice yin-yang of pink, yellow, black, black, yellow, pink.

2022. CN banner backdrop changed to the green and pink used in the Pastel rebrand. HBO Max backdrop darkened to represent the slight reskin they did.

I'm not going to dwell or speculate on what happens to much at this point. When things happen, I'll talk about it. But for now, until this merger finishes, I'm just gonna keep acting like everything's normal.

Think of it this way: we won't have to figure out what happens when Cartoon Network Studios is separated from Cartoon Network. But with Paramount owning Paramount Animation, Skydance Animation, WB Pictures Animation, WB Animation, CN Studios, HB Studios Europe, Nick Animation...
