‘Crashing’ follows Pete Holmes’ book ‘Comedy Sex God’ pretty closely. Cancelled after 3 seasons, it doesn’t get to the God part of the book, which culminates in Pete meeting his spiritual guru Ram Dass. Dass died not long after meeting Pete. I often wonder what that fourth season would be like.
