I volunteered for Bernie in 2016 and 2020 and no one wants to talk about WHY he couldn't connect with the Dem primary base i.e. black voters. I know why because I shouted myself hoarse in those canvassing meetings. It wasn't because the messaging wasn't leftist enough. Complete opposite.

No the better moral framework must be a worsening of that point plus destruction of the public health infrastructure, trans rights, voting rights, reproductive rights, Medicaid and food assistance, and raiding of the Treasury to enrich the Trump family. Harm reduction matters.
