Arsenic, heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, tyre waste, microplastics, brake fluid, oil, lead from road runoff belting unfiltered into what should be a crystal clear brook. Few creatures can survive such a toxic environment. Happening to a waterway near you every time it rains.
