PSAC takes legal action over rollout of Early Retirement Incentive PSAC has filed a policy grievance and unfair labour practice (ULP) complaint in response to the federal government’s unilateral implementation of the Early Retirement Incentive (ERI) program.

PSAC has taken legal action to ensure the Early Retirement Incentive respects workers’ rights. We support voluntary departure programs, but they must be fair, transparent, and negotiated with the union.
