I've been in and out of the fandom/community over the years. Drawn fanart, written fanfic, been in zines, heck even got invited to Capcom Europe HQ to play Revelations in Jill cosplay (couldn't go, forever sad). It means a lot to me. And it feels good to feel excited again. [2/3]

I thought Resident Evil Requiem was ok. Just ok. Fun. Not in my RE top 5. Or 10. But I am excited about the series again. Yeah it didn't blow my socks off. But it still reminded me of how much I love this series. [1/3]

I'm struggling to decide if Silent Hill f is actually a good game cause I'm enjoying it but also feel low-key conned that I signed up for psychological survival horror and got a dark fantasy game that isn't actually scary 🙈.

Hear me out, but... the prison in Silent Hill 2 remake. It felt like a literal descent into hell. Visually, its nothing special but the atmosphere was suffocating. You feel trapped, buried, like you've crossed a point of no return and getting through will take what's due. It was sublime.

i will call a game my comfort one and it will be the most horrifying, gruesome, stress-inducing title that many people were not able to finish to this day. 💀

Feeling in a bit of a rut re: writing. Decided on a whim to log in to an old AO3 account and there were so many lovely comments that I missed just waiting there 😭.

Honestly, if it wasn't for fanfic I'd never have had the drive or confidence to write at all ❤️

Absolutely this. Art is accessible to anyone willing to put in time and effort. AI bros lack the stamina and drive for that. It's the creative equivalent of getting a six pack tattooed on because going to the gym is 'too much effort'.
