I have over 20k followers. I’m pretty sure around 13k of those are bots/scammers.

I gave up blocking them as and when the followed months ago. I couldn’t keep up!

I have to say it really puts my off using this app regularly going forward. Anyone else experiencing this?

Sometimes the wise move isn’t pushing forward. It’s staying safe, staying warm, and letting the storm pass.

Real growth isn’t a big leap—it’s decimals. 0.1 effort barely shows day to day, but it compounds fast: one paragraph, one workout, one budget update, one hard convo done calmly. Don’t chase intensity. Pick one “decimal habit” and do the smallest version that counts for 7 days. The math will show.

Crossing the road is a small act of courage: pause, look both ways, step forward. Don’t rush to the other side—notice the middle. That’s where growth happens, pace is built, and the journey becomes beautiful.
