I saw something like this happen in real life, the comedian was a house regular who smoked a lot so he had a lot of cancer jokes, he got last minute filled to do a benefit for family of someone who died of cancer. The audience was uncomfortable at first but the comedian was able to get through

I found a bot earlier today on there that caught my eye. I looked at its account and they had just posted the same random comment to many accounts. So you could see which accounts were more likely to engage to the random comment. Just feels like it was part of a larger filtering process.
