Und dabei habe ich immerhin das große Privileg einfach die Nachrichten auszuschalten und alles zu ignorieren, was in der Welt passiert.

Es ist so absolut absurd sich vor einer Woche über die vielen Krankheitstage der arbeitenden Bevölkerung zu beschweren und nur eine Woche später die Teilzeit abschaffen zu wollen, die für viele das Arbeitsleben gesundheitlich überhaupt irgendwie handelbar macht. Wie dumm sind die eigentlich alle?

Decided to go #birding today. Earlyish start around 8:30. home by 2:30pm. Walked over 10km around Pichelswerder and over to Schildhorn. Did not see any smew (sadly) but lots of little grebe and goldeneye and these fellows. The hours in nature grounded me & took away the inner restlessness.

And yes, I saw it multiple times. It was like revisiting an old friend. You knew what would happen but at the same time you didn't because it felt different every single time. And Malvolio picking up that letter at the end? I had tears in my eyes (thank you Sam 🖤💛). More than once.
